Entrega o recogida: ¿qué te conviene?

Pickup is available from our home kitchen in Vlaardingen. When your cake is ready, we send you a message with a time window. You come by, we hand you the cake in a secure box, and you are on your way.

Pros: No delivery fee. You see the cake before you leave. You control the transport conditions (drive carefully, keep it flat, avoid direct sun). For tiered cakes, we can walk you through how to handle it in the car.

Cons: You need to come to Vlaardingen or Rotterdam. If you are hosting elsewhere, that means planning a trip into your day. For large or multi-tier cakes, you need a flat surface in your car, ideally the floor behind the front seats or a flat boot.

Tips for safe transport: Bring a non-slip mat or damp towel to place under the cake box. Drive smoothly and avoid sharp brakes. Keep the car cool. If it is summer, blast the AC before putting the cake in.

Delivery is not standard, but it may be possible depending on your location and the date. If you are interested in delivery, let us know through the order form, DM, or email and we will see what we can arrange.

Why ask about delivery? If your event is far from our pickup locations, if you are managing a busy event day, or if you have a multi-tier cake that you would rather not transport yourself, delivery could be a good fit.

When we do deliver, we bring the cake in our own vehicle, not via a courier service. Your cake is never tossed around in a delivery van with twenty other packages. We bring it to your door, hand it over, and make sure you are happy with it.

Pickup is the default and works well for most orders. It is free, gives you the most control, and is available from both Vlaardingen and Rotterdam. If pickup is not practical for your situation, ask us about delivery when you place your order.
