How do I place a custom cake order?
- Click the "Place Order" button and complete our guided form with your event details, flavors, and design ideas. We review every request personally and respond with a quote and timeline.
Do you offer delivery?
- At this time we offer pick-up only so we can ensure every cake leaves our kitchen in perfect condition.
Where can I pick up my cake?
- You can collect your cake from our Rotterdam location, and for select dates we also offer pick-up in Vlaardingen. The exact address is shared once your order is confirmed.
How much advance notice do you need?
- We recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance. Our weekly spots are limited so the more notice you can give, the better we can accommodate your preferred date.
What sizes are available?
- We bake a variety of sizes—from classic rounds to multi-tier celebration cakes and adorable bento cakes. The order form lists every size along with serving estimates so you can pick what fits your guest list.
How are prices calculated?
- Pricing depends on the size, number of servings, flavors, and the level of decoration requested. Simpler cakes start around €40, while custom sculpted details are quoted individually.
Do you offer wedding cakes?
- Absolutely! Wedding cakes are some of our favorite projects. Share your inspiration photos or theme in the form and we'll design something just for your day.
What payment methods do you accept?
- Once we finalise your order we send a secure payment link via Instagram or email. You can pay online via iDEAL or card for your convenience.
What if I don't receive a response within 1–3 working days?
- If you haven't heard from us after 1–3 working days, please send a quick message on Instagram or reply to your order confirmation email. We want to make sure every enquiry is looked after promptly.
What is your cancellation policy?
- You can cancel up to 1 week before the scheduled pick-up date. When you cancel within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund of your advance payment.
Which cities and areas do you serve?
- We serve customers across Zuid-Holland, including Rotterdam, Vlaardingen, Schiedam, Delft, Den Haag, Dordrecht, and Gouda. Pickup is available at our locations in Rotterdam (3027 JT) and Vlaardingen (3136 EW).
Are your cakes halal?
- Yes, all our cakes are made with strictly halal ingredients. As Muslim bakers, we are very careful about the ingredients we use and ensure everything meets halal standards.
Can you do rush orders or same-day cakes?
- Same-day orders are possible depending on our availability. Please contact us directly at littlecakesnl@gmail.com or via Instagram to check if we can accommodate your request.
Do you offer vegan or gluten-free cakes?
- Currently, we do not offer vegan or gluten-free options. All our cakes are made with traditional ingredients including butter, eggs, and wheat flour to ensure the best taste and quality.
Do you deliver outside Rotterdam and Vlaardingen?
- We do not offer delivery at this time. All orders must be picked up at one of our two locations: Rotterdam (3027 JT) or Vlaardingen (3136 EW). You choose your preferred location when placing your order.
Can I make changes to my order?
- Yes — just reach out and let us know what you'd like to change. Whether it's the pick-up date, flavour, design detail, or serving size, we'll update your order on our side and the changes will be reflected in your order overview straight away. The earlier you let us know, the easier it is to accommodate, so don't hesitate to get in touch.
