We review every order personally and get back to you within 1–3 working days with a quote. Once you approve, we send a secure iDEAL or card payment link to confirm.

We offer pick-up only at our Rotterdam and Vlaardingen locations. Custom cakes are delicate, so handing them over in person means they leave our kitchen in perfect condition. You choose your pick-up location and date when ordering. Each cake is carefully boxed for safe transport home.

Pick up from our Rotterdam location (postcode 3027 JT) or Vlaardingen location (postcode 3136 EW). Both are easy to reach by car and public transport. You select your preferred location and date when ordering. The exact street address, parking info, and pick-up time are shared once your order is confirmed.

At least two weeks is ideal. Our weekly production spots are limited, so more notice helps. For elaborate designs like multi-tiered wedding cakes or detailed themed cakes, 3–4 weeks is better. Simpler designs like bento cakes can sometimes be arranged sooner. Select your preferred pick-up date on the order form and we'll confirm availability.

Bento cakes serve 1–4 people (from €40). Round cakes come in five sizes for 4–40 people (€50–€140). Heart-shaped cakes in four sizes for 4–40 people (€60–€160). Two-tiered cakes serve 40+ guests (DM for quote). Cupcakes are available from 12 on their own, or 6 when added to a cake order. The order form shows every size with serving estimates.

Pricing depends on cake size, servings, flavours, and decoration level. Bento cakes (1–4 servings) start at €40. Round cakes range from €50 to €140. Heart-shaped cakes range from €60 to €160. Two-tiered cakes (40+ servings) are DM for quote. Cupcakes are €3.50 each (€42 per dozen), with a minimum of 12 on their own or 6 when added to a cake. Yes, wedding cakes are some of our favourite projects. We design multi-tiered cakes tailored to your theme, colours, and guest count. Share inspiration photos or Pinterest links in the order form and we'll create a custom design. Two-tiered cakes serve 30+ guests and are priced individually — contact us for a quote. We recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks ahead.

We accept iDEAL and credit or debit card. After you approve the quote, we send a secure payment link via email or Instagram. You pay a deposit to confirm, with the remaining balance due before pick-up. You'll get a confirmation once payment is received.

Check your spam folder first — messages sometimes end up there. If you still haven't heard from us, send a message on Instagram (@littlecakesnl) or email littlecakesnl@gmail.com. During busy periods like holidays and wedding season, responses may take a bit longer, but we always get back to you.

Cancel up to 1 week before your pick-up date for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations less than 1 week before pick-up are non-refundable, as ingredients have been purchased and production has started. Email littlecakesnl@gmail.com or message us on Instagram to cancel. If you just need to change your pick-up date, we're happy to reschedule when possible.

We serve customers across Zuid-Holland. Pick-up locations are in Rotterdam (postcode 3027 JT) and Vlaardingen (postcode 3136 EW). Customers regularly come from Schiedam, Delft, Den Haag, Dordrecht, Gouda, Maassluis, Capelle aan den IJssel, Ridderkerk, and Zoetermeer. Our cakes are packaged to travel safely by car.

Yes — halal is our standard, not a special request. We never use alcohol-based extracts or non-halal gelatine. Every ingredient, from butter and cream to flavourings and decorations, is strictly halal. This has been our practice since we started in 2022.

Rush orders may be possible depending on our schedule and ingredient availability. Contact us at littlecakesnl@gmail.com or via Instagram (@littlecakesnl) as early in the day as possible. Simpler items like bento cakes or cupcakes are more likely on short notice than multi-tiered cakes. We can't guarantee same-day availability, so for important events, order at least two weeks ahead.

We don't currently offer vegan or gluten-free options. Our cakes are made with butter, eggs, milk, and wheat flour — we stick with these because they give the best taste and texture. If you have other dietary needs or allergies, get in touch and we'll let you know what we can do.
